01 / WHO WE WORK WITH
A school house, a football squad or colleagues taking part in a company event: each brief starts with who will wear the garments and how they will be used.
Planning inter-house sportswear or school team kits? Share the age groups, house colours and numbers in each size. Tell us whether you need tops only or matching shorts, and the date your school needs the order ready.
For football teams and community clubs, start with your kit reference, badge and squad breakdown. List names, numbers and any different goalkeeper design in the brief so the team can assess the complete request.
For corporate leagues, fun runs and community tournaments, tell us about the activity and the people taking part. Include logo references, estimated quantities and your delivery location when you enquire.
02 / BUILD YOUR BRIEF
Use this checklist to discuss jerseys, shorts, sports sets or training tees. We review the requested garment and finish before confirming the specification and quotation.

03 / BEFORE THE FULL ORDER
A clear reference helps everyone work towards the same result. Discuss whether you need a sample to assess the cut, measurements, fabric and proposed finishing, and agree its cost and approval process before sample work begins.
For school and squad orders, nominate one person to confirm the final size list and artwork. Changes after approval may affect the price or schedule, so gather corrections before confirming production.
04 / FROM FIRST IDEA TO DISPATCH
Tell us when you need the kit in hand, not just the event date. Timing depends on materials, approvals and the work involved; the schedule is agreed for your order.
Send the garment, design, size breakdown and destination. Flag any fixed sports day or tournament deadline.
Review materials, finishing, quantities and charges. Discuss sampling and payment terms with the team.
Approve the agreed details and sample where required, then confirm the production schedule.
Confirm the balance under your terms, packing, delivery contact and transport arrangements.

05 / YOUR QUESTIONS
Minimum quantities depend on the garment, fabric, number of designs and branding requirements. Send the total pieces and a breakdown by colour and size. We will review the brief and discuss a practical quantity before you commit; there is no single published minimum for every sportswear order.
Your price depends on the specification: fabric, garment construction, quantity, decoration, names or numbers, and packing. Share the same details when comparing quotations. Ask whether sampling, branding and delivery are included, and agree the total scope before making payment.
Include your preferred method and artwork in the enquiry. We need to confirm the method, fabric compatibility, placement and production arrangements for your design before quoting. A request for sublimation or another finish is not confirmation that it is available for every garment.
Send a size breakdown for each team or house, including whether garments are for children or adults. Include your colour references and quantities per colour. We will discuss fabric availability, sizing and any minimum quantities for the proposed combination.
Enquire while you are planning the event, with the date you need the garments in hand. Allow time to agree the brief, source materials, review a sample where needed, produce the order and arrange transport. We confirm timing against the actual order rather than offering a fixed lead time for every kit.
Discuss a sample and its fee, specification and approval process with the team before bulk production. You can also arrange a visit to our factory at 59 Mississippi Street, Maitama, Abuja. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 09:30–17:00 WAT.
