01 / BUILT AROUND YOUR BRIEF

A blank garment.
Many possibilities.

Different businesses need different starting points. Tell us whether your priority is a printing surface, a particular fit, a client colour or a repeat garment specification.

PRINTERS

Start with
your process.

Share your intended decoration method and the material requirements of your equipment or print provider. Ask to assess a sample before committing to client work, including fit and wash checks.

BRANDING HOUSES

Bring the whole
brief together.

For corporate and promotional projects, list quantities by colour and size, required dates and delivery locations. Separate any label, packing or finishing requests from the plain-garment requirement.

MERCHANDISE BUSINESSES

Develop a reference
you can build on.

Share your audience, preferred fit and design references. Discuss the sample and measurements you want to approve, then ask how future orders would be specified and checked.

02 / THE PLANNED RANGE

Know the starting point.
Confirm the details.

These are development targets drawn from our purchasing and product plan. They are not a verified finished-product specification or an available-stock list.

Planned heavyweight tee — every final specification is subject to material and sample checks.

Neck ribTarget: matching 280 GSM rib. Colour match, recovery and finished neckline are subject to sample assessment.
Fit & necklineRegular unisex crew neck. Measurements and fit reference will be confirmed on the finished sample.
SizesInitial planning range: S–XXL. Final size chart, grading and order combinations remain to be confirmed.
ColoursInitial core-colour plan: black, white, navy and grey. Confirm actual shades and availability before selecting for an order.
Labels & packingShare any private-label, care-label or individual-packing request. Feasibility, scope and charges are agreed separately.

A heavier fabric is one design choice, not a substitute for testing. Assess the finished garment for your intended print, fit and care requirements.

03 / TELL US WHAT YOU NEED

Start a trade
conversation.

Use our enquiry form and select “Blank T-shirts — trade enquiry”. Add your company, city, expected first order and likely repeat volume to the project notes. Estimates are welcome while you are developing the brief.

We will review your requirements and discuss the next steps. This does not enrol you in an automated mailing list or confirm launch availability. If you have a fixed customer deadline, include it so it can be considered before any commitment.

04 / BEFORE A BULK ORDER

From a planned range
to an agreed order.

Confirm the physical garment and written offer before making commitments to your own customers. Each stage needs a clear reference.

01 / MATERIAL CHECKS

Confirm availability

Material receipt, condition and specifications need verification before stock is offered.

02 / SAMPLE

Review the garment

Agree sample arrangements and assess the fit, measurements, finish and intended printing process.

03 / WRITTEN OFFER

Agree the terms

Confirm quantities, costing, payment terms, packing and a practical production schedule.

04 / PRODUCTION

Approve the reference

Confirm the agreed sample and order details before production and delivery arrangements proceed.

05 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Before your
first trade order.

Are Kintela blank T-shirts available now?

The heavyweight blank T-shirt range is coming soon. We are taking trade enquiries, but stock, launch timing and finished specifications are not yet confirmed on this page. Tell us what you need and when; wait for a written availability confirmation before planning a purchase or customer delivery.

What does 240 GSM mean?

GSM means grams per square metre: a measure of fabric weight, not the weight of one T-shirt. The planned range targets 240 GSM single jersey. The actual fabric and finished sample must be checked before we confirm the garment specification. Fabric weight alone does not establish fit, shrinkage or printing performance.

Will the blanks suit DTF or screen printing?

Share your printing process and its material requirements. Suitability depends on the confirmed fabric, finish, process and settings. Ask to assess a sample with your printer before committing to a bulk run, including any curing and wash checks needed for the intended use. No universal print-compatibility or fade-resistance promise is made.

What will bulk blank T-shirts cost?

Trade pricing is not yet published. Tell us the quantities, colour and size mix, delivery location and any label or packing requests so we can review your requirements. A written quotation needs a confirmed specification and approved costing. Enquiring does not reserve stock, fix a price or create an order.

What is the minimum order and can I mix sizes?

Minimums and size or colour combinations will be confirmed with the offer. Send both the total quantity and your preferred breakdown. If you are ordering for several customers, identify each batch so the team can review the proposed mix, packing and practical production requirements.

Can I request samples or private labels?

Yes, include sample or label requirements in your enquiry. Sample availability, fees and the approval process need confirmation before work starts. For private labels, share your artwork, label dimensions and proposed placement. Label production, attachment and packing are reviewed separately from a standard blank-garment request.
