01 / YOUR OCCASION

Different gatherings.
A shared look.

Start with who will wear the clothing, how it will be used and when it is needed. Those details help us assess the garment, fabric and production brief.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Bring your brand
into the room.

For conferences, launches and staff events, share your brand guidelines, wearer groups and preferred garment. Identify any separate designs for organisers, exhibitors or participants so each is included in the quotation.

CHURCHES & COMMUNITIES

Mark a moment
together.

Planning an anniversary, convention or community programme? Send the event artwork, garment colours and size breakdown. Include children’s and adult requirements separately, and nominate one person to approve the final brief.

PRINTERS & BRANDING HOUSES

Your creative brief.
A garment to match.

Tell us whether you need plain garments for your own finishing or want us to review a complete branded-clothing request. Share your intended process so fabric compatibility and sample requirements can be discussed early.

CAMPAIGN ORGANISERS

Organise the details.
Plan the clothing.

For campaign T-shirt or polo enquiries, provide the garment specification, artwork, quantities and required destinations. Keep separate designs and delivery batches clearly listed so the team can assess the production scope and timing.

02 / BUILD YOUR BRIEF

A clearer brief.
A useful quotation.

Use this checklist for event T-shirts, polos or plain garments intended for later branding. Material and finishing options are confirmed for the order.

03 / BEFORE YOU APPROVE

One final version.
Everyone aligned.

Gather artwork and size lists before approving the order. Discuss whether a sample is needed to check the garment, fit and proposed finish, and agree its scope, cost and approval process first.

Keep one approved reference for the team. Later changes to colours, artwork or quantities may affect price and timing, so resolve corrections before confirming production.

04 / PLAN BACK FROM YOUR DATE

05 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Before your
next gathering.

What is the minimum order for event T-shirts?

Minimum quantities depend on the garment, material, colours and finishing. Send your estimated total and a breakdown by size and design. We will review the request and confirm a practical minimum for your quotation; enquiry quantities are not a published minimum-order promise.

How much do 100 branded T-shirts cost in Nigeria?

A useful price needs a clear specification. Fabric, garment construction, artwork, decoration, quantities and packing all affect the quotation. Tell us your budget and ask for the scope to identify sampling, branding, transport and any other charges before you compare offers or make payment.

Can we order plain garments for our own printer?

Include that requirement in your brief and share the intended printing method with us. The garment fabric, colour and finish should suit your printer’s process. Agree the material and test or sample requirements before bulk production, and confirm where the garments should be handed over.

Can you arrange printing or embroidery?

Send your artwork, preferred finish, placement and approximate dimensions. The team will confirm suitable methods and production arrangements for the specific garment before quoting. Do not treat an illustrated logo or requested technique as confirmation that every method is available on every fabric.

Can you handle an urgent event order?

Share the date the garments must arrive, delivery location and what is already approved. We assess material availability, approvals, production and transport before agreeing a schedule. Please wait for written confirmation before relying on a delivery date; an enquiry alone does not reserve production time.

Can an order be sorted for different locations?

Tell us the number of destinations and the quantities, sizes and contact details for each. Include any labelling or packing requirements. We can review these arrangements as part of the brief and confirm the scope, transport plan and charges in the quotation.
